1. Get Steam
2. Get WinRAR
3. Go to Steam>tools find Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Dedicated Server and download it. (IT'S FREE)
4. Once the download is completed go to the fourDeltaOne site and download the IW5M client and extract the contents in your Steam>steamapps>Common>Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 folder.
5. Click the DLC link and follow instructions there.
6. Run LaunchIW5M.exe to start the game and enjoy Modern Warfare 3.

Mss32.dll goes in "Steam>steamapps>common>call of duty modern warfare 3"
Empty folder named "dw" (without quotes) goes in "Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 3\"
